The Church has faced lots criticism and accusations from her separated brethren. Some say Catholiicism is devilish. Others say it is an occult religion. Well, they are all entitled to their freedom of speech. Many have left the Church in search of miracle else where. While many others left just because they know little or nothing of their faith as a Catholic.

TIMELINE OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
The Catholic Church was founded by Jesus Christ on 33AD at Jerusalem.
The first gathering of the Church was in 33AD
The reformation was in 1517(with Martin Luther as the pioneer, leading John Whycliffe, Ultrich Zwingli, John Calvin, John Lanox and many other)
Catholiicism became the official religion in Rome in 382

Today there are thousands of Churches and sects in the world all claiming to be the true Church. These are all Churches founded by men, except the one founded by Christ Himself.

THE BIBLE
The separated brethren has always backed their accusations with scriptures from the Bible. They Claim that most of the traditions, and teachings of the Church is not found anywhere in the Bible, forgetting that the Bible actually belongs to the Catholic Church.
The first hand-wirting Bible -the Latin Volgate- was compiled by St. Jerome in 382
The chapters and verses were divided by Stephen Langton and Robert Estiene respectively in 1228.
The first printed Bible- the Gutternberg Bible- was in 1450. These men were all Catholics. So how could they have compiled and printed a book that will be used against them in future?
BIBLE RELIGIOUS NAME
No matter how fashionable you dress a monkey, it will forever remain a monkey. It will never transform to a human. The very best way to deceive these people now, is to make use of the Bible as if their name is found in it. However, history will prove them wrong-history will prove to them that their Churches were merely founded by mortal men. No matter how big the word ‘God’, ‘jesus’ or ‘Christ’ in the name of your church, it will never convert it to the one founded by Christ Himself.
THE FOUR MARKS OF THE CHURCH
We believe in ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC and A. POSTOLIC Church… Nicene Creed.
How to help you find the one and true Church.
I. ONE: The Church is one because Jesus founded only one Church and not a collection of Churches. He said to Stm Peter: you are rock, and upon this rock I shall build my CHURCH; (He did not say ‘my churches’)
II. HOLY: the Church is holy just as her founder is holy. This does not mean that all its members are always holy. Jesus said there will be both good and bad members(Jn.6:70), and not even all of its members will go to heaven(Mt.7:21-23)
III. CATHOLIC: the Church is universal because she has been sent into the word on a mission to the whole human race.
IV. APOSTOLATE: the Church is apostolate because she is founded on the apostles in three ways:
I. She was & remain built on the foundations of the apostles, the witnesses chosen and sent on a mission by Christ Himself;
II. With the help of the Holy Spirit dwelling in her, the Church keeps and hands on the teachings “The Good Deposit” the salvatory words she heard from the apostles
III. She continues to be taught, sanctified and guided by the apostles until Christ returns.
Already the Church has produced over 200 popes as successors of St. Peter.
THE SIGN OF THE CROSS
Latin: Sigum Crucis. Wonder why we make the sign of the cross? It is because Jesus Christ died on the cross for the salvation of all mankind. Apart from this very obvious reason, it should be noted that as Christians, one essential belief is the Holy Trinity-the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit-are distinctly separate, but one. Read 1Jn.6:7. Biblical Reference: the cross is the power of God for those saved (1Cor.1:18), cross was marked on the forehead (Ez.9:4-6), Father’s name written on the forehead (Rev.14:1),name of the Son written on the forehead(Rev.22:4),marked with the Holy Spirit(Eph.1:13), Constantine won a battle with through the sign of the cross with “In Hoc Signo Vincer PLHS Chi Rlio A. Still not convinced? Go and ague with saint Augustine.
HOLY TRINITY:
Bible proof: in the creation story, God said: let us make man in our own image and likeness”(Gen.1:26) was He referring to your pastors? Hell no. Baptize them in the name(not names) of the FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY SPIRIT(Mt.28:19), the HOLY SPIRIT rested on the head of the SON, and the FATHER spoke from heaven(Mt.3:16), there are three things that bears witness in heaven: the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT, and these THREE are ONE!(1Jn.5:7) what other proof do you want?
IMAGE AND STATUE
Do you have the pictures of your dear ones? So dowe. Do you worship those pictures, neither do we. Do you love and honor they people represent? So do we. God ordered Moses to make a graven image of the Cherubim(Ex.25:18-19)n there were lots of images in the temple of God (2Chr.3:3-10)
VENERATIONS
Is it wrong to venerate sacred images of the Saints and the apostles? No. Proof: will I commit adultery by kissing my girl friend’s picture? Or will I commit a sin by bowing before a king? Definitely no. We venerate not the images, but who they represents. Read Ez.41:18-19, 43:3-4, Ex.25:21-22n and Num.21:9.
THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY
Thousands of separated brethren still do not believe that She is ever virgin. Well I have thousands of proofs but will only give you some of it. She was and remained a virgin. Though she was betrothed to St. Joseph, he never touched her. They was never a flesh contact. How did know? Ordinarily, Joseph couldn’t have seen her nakedness because she is the New Covenant! She was pre-selected from the origin to be the New Arc of Covenant(Gen.3:15) do you remember what happened in 1Sm.6:19? God killed 70 of the men of Beth Shemesh because they looked inside the Covenant Box. Imagine what would have happened to St. Joseph if he tried to “look inside the Covenant Box”? Remember also what happened in 2Sm.6:6-9? Uzzah was stroke dead immediately he tried to touch the Covenant Box. Now what do you think would have been the fate of St. Joseph if he had attempted to “touch the Covenant Box” read Is.7:14, Lkm1:28n Ps.132:8.
JESUS AND HIS BROTHERS
“Look, your mother abd brothers are standing outside, they want to speak you” Mt.12:46. The word “brothers” in Hebrew “adelphos”. Which means ‘relatives’ or ‘cousins’ Abraham called Lot his brother in Gen.14:12; but Lot was actually his ‘nephew’.
INFANT BAPTISM
“He who believes and is baptized shall be saved” Mk.16:16. Why then do Catholics Baptize infants who knows nothing about faith? Ever wondered why the Jews circumcised their children 8 days after birth? Read Lev.12:1-5. Baptism now replaces this Jewish rite of circumcision. Bible reference: col.2:11-2, Acts 2:38, Eph.5:26, Rom.5:12, Ps.51:5, Ws.12:10, Rev.21:27, Jn.3:5 and Acts2:39.
PURGATORY
Latin: purgatorium: the state or place of purification or temporary punishment by which those who died in a state of grace are believed to be made ready for the beatific vision of heaven. Only those who dies in a state of grace goes to purgatory, and therefore no soul will be there forever nor go to hell. Bible proof: Rev.21:27n 2Mach.12:46, Mt.5:22, Lk.12:48, 1Jn.5:16, 1Cor.3:5. To claim that purgatory does not exist because the name cannot be found in the Bible, is a failure to understand the scriptures. The name does not make the place. The place must exist first, then we can give it a name. You can call it whatever you like we call iit PURGATORY.
WORSHIP: ONE WORD, THREE MEANING
The term used to mean adoration which is the highest form of worship directed only to the HOLY TRINITY.
DULIA- veneration or honor: the degree given to angels and saints(a form of respect).
HYPERDOLIA: hyperdolia is above dolia. It means praise which is reserved only to our LADY alone for her role in the salvation of mankind.
LATRIA- the worship of GOD. This is above the other two.
Always be prepared to defend your faith as a Catholic. Try to ask questions if you do not know.
